Refund Policy

At Rayco Electric, we are committed to providing high-quality electrical services and customer satisfaction. Payments made for completed services are generally non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and, if necessary, provide corrective solutions.

Refunds may be considered only in cases where services were not delivered as agreed or in the event of a billing error. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits for scheduled work may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after work has been scheduled or materials have been purchased.
